Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they affect your rights. These Terms & Conditions are a part of Leo Self Storage’s services of which Leo Global Logistics Public Company Limited is the service provider. By accessing using the said service in any way, you agree that you have understood and shall comply with these Terms & Conditions described as follows.
1.Scope of services
  1. Company will provide services to you throughout contract length. Included services are
    • Self storage unit.
    • Cleaning public area.
    • Security services:
      • Smart Security System
      • CCTV within area
    • Pest and termite controls.
    • 24/7 Storage access with unlimited entry
    • Storage amenities within storage area such trolley, elevator and ladder.
  2. You certify that you have full knowledge of the nature and conditions of the Goods. It is your duty to check and assess that such Storage unit is suitable for storing the Goods. Company’s staff shall offer the Unit which suit for your goods for your consideration, but you have the right to inspect such Unit prior to using and choose a suitable Unit.
  3. This service, according to these Terms & Conditions, does not create a tenancy or lease or; mean that the Company is bailee, custodians or warehousemen of the Goods. The providers do not have and will not be deemed to have knowledge of the Goods, of the nature, or conditions of any Goods. It is your duty to take care of the safety of the Goods in the Unit.
  4. The Company is entitled to know the name and personal information of the person(s), including you, accessing the Common Area and the Unit. The Provider is entitled to refuse any person who is unidentified or unable to provide satisfactory proof of identity to access the Common Area and the Unit.

2.Restrictions

  1. You will need to bring personal padlock which is consent by the Company. You must use only one keypad at a time. If The Company found more than one keypad lock at the time, The Company reserved the right to remove keypad to have only one at a time.
  2. You will be fully in charge for secure and lock storage unit. The Company will not accountable for holding a key in any circumstances.
  3. The storage unit is for storing purpose only. you cannot use the storage unit to do other activities such as habitat ,cooking, manufacturing, no pet allow in storage area, no food and drinks allow in the storage area and no smoking in storage area. Please kind see Notice board within storage area.
  4. You must not store Illegal items, flammable items, explosive items, weapons, foods, pets, liquid that is possible of leaking, perishable items and dangerous goods in storage unit.
  5. You must not provoke or conduct any circumstance which will be annoying or obstructing other customers.
  6. Construct, install or modify the property is prohibited.
  7. You must responsible and compensate for any damages of Storage unit, the company’s property, other Storer’s asset that could be proved as the your flaw or occurred from your stored item.
  8. Maximum floor load is 250 kg per square metres for storage units and 100 kg per square meters for Lock Block unit.
  9. The contract of the storage unit cannot transfer or sublease.
3.Limitations of responsibility
  1. In case of loss or damage that occurs during storage in storage unit while in the service period, the Company will be compensating not more than 2,000 baht per square meter per situation. You must be responsible for exceeding value.
  2. Lost and damage must be proven that the incident really occurs while storing in the storage unit, clear testimony and verification that caused by the Company and storage staff. Natural disasters and property harm are excluded.
  3. If you would like to have additional insurance coverage to your items. You must be insured by insurance company which is provide the Company.
4.Right of the Provider to access the Unit.
  1. The Provider shall not access the Unit except stipulated by law, act, regulations, or by-laws in the case(s) described below;
    • In the case of emergency such as natural disaster, incident, occurrence, theft, etc.
    • In the case of reparation, maintenance, or improvement
    • In the case that there is a reasonable ground to suspect that you have failed to perform any of your duties according to the law or these Terms & Conditions
    • In the case that there is a lawful order, writ of government officer, or of the court.
    • In the case that the Provider have to perform relocation of your Unit.
    • In the case of emergency to prevent or mitigate any loss or damage against any person or property.
    • In the case that you have defaulted, and the Provider is obliged to manage the Goods according to these Terms & Conditions.
  2. If you refuse to comply with the company to access your storage unit. You are allowing the company to break your lock and use any necessary force to access your storage unit.
5.Cancellation or renewal of contract
  1. You are entitled to terminate the Service at any time by paying the unpaid debt to the Provider in full.
  2. Company reserved the right to cancellation the services if the rental charge is overdue for more than 7 day or any violation to this terms and conditions.
  3. The Company reserved right to cancel the contract immediately in case that you violates the regulations, bankrupt, or pass away.
  4. You must move out all belongings and hand in decent storage unit within the ending date of contract or cancellation.
  5. In case you did not moveout their belongings from the storage unit, the Company is authorized to clear the unit. Any lost occurs from this circumstance cannot be claimed.
  6. In case of no rental charge paid for extend the storage duration or have unpaid charge over than 7 days. Company have the right to open your storage units for moving the stored items out of the storage unit. If The company have not received and contact from you with in 3 days. Company reserves the right over the stored items and will do any necessary action for those items. Any lost occur from this circumstance cannot be claimed
6.Refund Policy
  1. The company reserves the right to reject any refund request under any circumstances. However, there is an exception: if the company fails to deliver the storage unit on the date that the customer has reserved due to system issues or company error, a refund will be granted.
  2. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the customer originally used.
